Please notify the users that SSO is active if they are not aware.

If a user requests their old username and password to be reset, please provide the Non-SSO Password Reset SR first.

If you are signed into the USPTO network, either on campus or off campus using VPN, you can select the USPTO Single Sign On (SSO) button and access the Learning Center directly (without having to enter a separate username or password).

If you need to sign into the USPTO LC directly not utilizing SSO, you will need to navigate to the Learning Center login page at https://doc.csod.com and use the Manual Sign In option at the bottom of the login page to enter your direct Learning Center username and password. If you don’t have or don’t remember your Learning Center credentials, we can reset that for you.
