For any information that is incorrect, such as Supervisor/Username/Email/wrong unit/etc., send the SR below:

If the user cannot find or handle the below instructions, escalate.

Contractors who have incorrect information in the USPTO Learning Center profiles should do the following:

1. Locate your name within the PALM Employee Locator (a link to “EMPLOYEE LOCATOR” can be found on the USPTO web main page).

2. On the search result page that displays the contractor’s name, please select the “To correct or add information displayed click here” link button.

3. Once selected, a pre-addressed email to a PALM administrator will open. Enter the changes that need to be made and send the email.

Changes may take up to two weeks before they appear in the Learning Center.
