If an employee is having issues registering for a class due to their Supervisor being incorrect in the LC, please send them the SR below.


Standard Response:


Your Supervisor's information in the Learning Center (LC) is automatically populated from the HR System (HRConnect). Incorrect information can only be corrected by changes being made within HRConnect itself.

In order to make this change, please ask your manager to work with their Human Resources Specialist to correct the information in HRConnect. It may take up to one week for the corrected information to appear in the Learning Center.

If you have an urgent need for approval for a training, please CC your supervisor on this email so he or she may approve your registration and the Learning Center team will get you registered.
