We have had users come in requesting assistance with locating the Telework Refresher CBT (not to be confused with Telework Recertification course).

Please send the message below to the user if they are asking for the Telework Refresher CBT.

They must contact the Telework Program Office.

The USPTO administrator has advised us of the following:

The Telework Refresher CBT (not to be confused with Telework Recertification course), is not available in the catalog at this time and is only being assigned directly to users.

You must send an email to teleworkprogramoffice@uspto.gov. The Telework Program Office will then verify if you are required to take the training at this time and if you are, they will assign it to you.
