Support Category: Course Completion Issue


Specialist Notes:


If a user does not pass the entire challenge, they will have to go back and complete the missions related to the questions they missed.  In this case, it would help save them time overall, but they still might need to do a few missions.

 

There is also the possibility that they will get all the questions correctly and still need to go back and complete a few new missions.


If a user is having an issue with the course not moving to completion even after they took the challenge, we should doublecheck the missions and tools as part of our troubleshooting.


  1. Confirm whether the user completed the Knowledge Check path.
  2. Verify that all missions appear under the Completed Missions section.
  3. Verify that all Tool Status stickers/badges have been earned (Hamburger Menu > Tools Status).
  4. Check for any newly added or incomplete missions on the Dashboard, under Missions section.
  5. If all missions are complete, all Tool Status stickers are present, and the course is still not marking complete, proceed with standard troubleshooting steps (clear cache, disable pop-up blocker, try another browser, etc.) and request proof of completion (congratulatory slide screenshot).
