We understand you requested your USPTO Learning Center login details. We tried to process this for you but found that your LC account is currently set to inactive status so we are not able to access it. We can absolutely help to work with your LC Administrators to resolve this issue. They have asked us to gather the following pieces of information, please.

1. Confirm your USPTO government email address.


2. Are you a full-time employee or contractor?

3. What was your hire date?

4. Did you leave USPTO and come back recently? If so, what was the rehire date?

5. Any other details you can give us regarding your last access to the USPTO Learning Center?
