Your USPTO CLC Administrators have indicated:
Email addresses/usernames in the USPTO Learning Center are updated from the USPTO HR Connect employee database for full-time employees and from the USPTO PALM employee database for contractors on a bi-monthly basis.
If you have requested a change over two weeks ago and it has not shown up in the USPTO Learning Center mapped to your LC account, we recommend that you try to log in again with your updated username in another week, you may have missed the cutoff.
If you are still unable to log in at that time please email learningcenter@uspto.gov again and they will look into the matter further. Please forward them the request that you had made for the change previously.
