Unfortunately, we are unable to reset your password here in Live Support as DOC USPTO now uses SSO to access the Learning Center. Please contact the (USPTO) Service Desk by phone at 2-9000 or by email servicedesk@uspto.gov and request help with the issue.
This would be a technical issue not a Learning Center issue. Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials (e.g., name and password) to access multiple applications.
