Although we would like to assist you, we are unable to do so because it appears that you do not currently have an active account in the USPTO Learning Center (LC).

Please note that it takes approximately four to six weeks from the date of hire for new employees and contractors to be issued an LC account. Once an account has been created you will receive an email containing access and login information. You do not need to take any action for this to occur as it will happen as part of your integration into USPTO’s systems.
