If the user does not know the Class POC, look up the enrollment in the CP to see if we can find it and give it to the user.

USPTO Administrators have indicated that the process to change a class attendee’s status in the LC from 'incomplete' to 'complete' is a manual one. Because of the sheer number of employees whose completion status needs to be changed on a weekly basis, unfortunately, this process can sometimes take up to 10 days. USPTO thanks you for your patience on this. If after 10 days, you do not see your completion status updated, we would be happy to contact the class admin on your behalf.
