If a user claims they cannot find a virtual class offering, the class may be already full which would drop it out of view to the user.
From the search results, determine whether the class is currently available or is scheduled for the future.
a. If the course is currently available, guide the user to the enrollment page and if needed help assists with the enrollment process.
b. If the class is scheduled for the future, identify when enrollment is scheduled to open and suggest that the user returns to the enrollment page at that time.
c. If the class is not currently available or scheduled in the future, search to see if it was offered in the past.
d. If you can locate a past instance of the class, select the 'edit this enrollment' tool and determine the name of the class administrator. Then, let the user know that the course is not currently available or scheduled for the future, but was previously offered. Suggest that the user contact the class administrator to inquire about future class offerings.
e. If you cannot locate a past instance of the class, explain this and suggest that the user attempt to validate the class information and attempt to assist as possible.
If no resolution can be reached, create and escalate a ticket to our attention.

In order to register for an ILT or VILT, you will need to do the following:
1. Locate the search bar at the top right of the homepage.
2. Insert a keyword or the title of the course you wish to take.
3. You will then be taken to the global search page where you can filter your results.
4. Once you have located the course, click on the title, and the Training Details page will appear.
5. Scroll down to see the sessions that are available to choose from.
6. Click the blue REQUEST button to register for your session.
