If a user comes in and needs to reschedule a course they registered for, please give them the SR below. They should have received a confirmation email when they registered. They will need to find that email and find the contact person's email address so they can let them know they need to reschedule. 

Please note that if you have received any email notification about the course you registered for - course registration, confirmation, etc. – from the Learn Center, a contact email address will be included in the body of your email. 

Please use that contact email address and send them a message letting them know that you need to reschedule your class.
